Carrie Cameron, PhD

PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR | PROGRAM DIRECTOR

A University of Texas System Distinguished Teaching Professor and Associate Professor within the Department of Behavioral Science at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Carrie serves as the contact PI for the SCOARE program. Her research has focused on scientific communication skill development, publication ethics, and career development for international and specific US trainee populations. Carrie’s efforts in education, research training, and mentoring have been recognized by the UT Regents’ Outstanding Teaching Award and the Understanding Interventions Adolphus Toliver Award.

Kelsey Bill

PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Kelsey Bill is a Research Program Coordinator at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She manages day-to-day operations and timelines for national educational programs, including coordinating workshops, meetings, and program logistics for both in-person and virtual delivery.

Christine Fabian Bell, MS

Christine is an Associate Researcher and Evaluator in the Learning Through Evaluation, Adaption, and Dissemination (LEAD) Center, which is a part of the Wisconsin Center for Education Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She serves as the external evaluator for the SCOARE workshops.
